Withdrawal failed (3K);does anyone know why¿ Binance.US

So I am totally new to buying crypto and I am planning to spend a lot of money on ethereum but before I buy big I wanted to make sure that I can easily withdraw real money . so I bought for 3000$ and then I sold them two days after and then after 2 days I got a message saying withdrawal failed.

Now I am very scared to buy big and don’t know what to do. Advice me please
