How to use NFT to fundraise?

Hey! So I’m in a group of climate activists, lot of them being artists and so i was wondering if it would be a good idea to publish original NFTs as a way to fundraise money for climate action?

Technically how would it work? Is there any platform for it? We’re based in the EU, mostly Germany and France.
