Working for a Dao

Hi guys,

I have been interested in Daos for long and recently I read this Future of Work article by Bankless. I am trying to wrap my head around how "working for a DAO" actually works and I've a couple of questions for any of you who's been involved in the process.

– How DAOs find people that provide their contribute for a DAO? Do they come to the DAO organically, are they actively scouted or is there a kind of DAO job board?

– Do people contribute for free? Do they get paid in ETH or native tokens of the DAO?

– Do people get paid like full time or bounty based ?

– How is the decision process of hiring someone structured? who decides who gets the jobs, the compensation etc.. ?

– Which roles are needed the most in DAOs?
