YARF: Yet Another Ravencoin Fork

Why so many Ravencoin forks making headlines here lately? Is there some need Ravencoin isn't satisfying? I mined a few Ravencoin lite blocks over the weekend, now I'm hearing about HiveCoins and Ravencoin Classic.
