Not everyone in crypto will be millionaires

I often see people in this sub talk about how if they just "HODL long enough" everyone will be millionaires! As much as we all wish this was true, it's not.

For you to buy a coin, someone else has to sell you that coin. This means that there it is fundamentally impossible for everyone to make a profit because if no one is buying the price doesn't go up and selling pushes the price down for others.

Plus you have to factor in that not every coin will hit it big or even be around in 3-4 years, especially the small cap coins or shitcoins.

Please be careful, contrary to popular belief crypto does not only go up.
