Porentially Lost ETH – Sent Real ETH to RocketPool/Goerli Test Network

Before anyone jmps down my throat for the title, that's what I remember at least trying to do, that may not have actually happened.

I have 0.037 Ether at this address of mine, however I sent them there thinking that ETH2 was already online/funtioning.

How do I get access to these funds now? Or, are they lost forever? I sent them via MetaMask after my latest read of https://stake.rocketpool.net/soon/

I know I am stupid, but is there anything I can do to get my ETH back?
