Real-time chat dApp with channels for every NFT you own

I'm an engineer turned product person who wanted to get back to building stuff, so I created this dApp: real-time chat where every NFT you own automatically grants you access to a secure channel: https://www.rarefied.is . You can also mint ERC-721's from the app itself and charge people for access.

Just a side project at the moment (I'm super interested in DAOs!) but welcome any feedback!
