3060 Ti OC settings

What are yall using for your settings? Mine are:

+100 core +2000 mem 80% power Fan on custom curve with 100% @ 60° Getting a steady 29.78 MH/s give or take

I've seen the LTT review of mining cards vs non mining cards with no noticeable difference even after years of mining. I plan to maintain my cards well so as long as my initial settings aren't crazy, I'd like to think they will last. I have not pushed the card to the limit to see where it crashes. Just wanted to see what others thought.
