HELP! can’t get my rig detect the GPU (RTX 3060)

I just finish to build my first rig, just one GPU at the moment (RTX 3060), all the components should be compatible, also the PSU must be enough to power up everything. But, I've been trying every solution to make the rig detect the GPU without success. I tried with a riser and directly to the PCIe from the MOBO, and neither of them detect the GPU. I changed the power cable, and still turning on the GPU fans but still not detected. I already configure the BIOS but zero success. I haven't try to update de BIOS yet.

What do you suggest me to try next?
