ETH Lending (Staking)

It would be nice to have a discussion on ETH lending options. In the case one has ETH and don't wanted them locked until The Merge, but neither want to miss out on interrests by having them in a cold wallet, lending is an option. Crypto.com has a flexible EARN service. Anyone other places that people cam recommend? What is the safest? Where are the highest returns? Anything else to consider?
