Where can I buy $30 of ethereum without an ID?

Hi I recently arrived to the states and I am very interested in NFT’s and i’ve found some good ones that I’m interested in, however I’ve looked EVERYWHERE and I just cannot seem to buy Ethereum without providing an ID, which I am not comfortable with anyway. Where can I buy Eth without an ID? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
