What’s the memory limit of EVM?

Professor Brasilford said on that video that there isn't any machine truly Turing complete, because it would require infinite amount of memory allocation.
As I understood, although some people define EVM as being turing complete, it isn't totally turing complete, so what is the memory limit of EVM?
