what are the most anonymous/non-traceable ethereum wallet?

Is metamask and those type of browser-extension wallets anonymous? Or do I have to use a deep-web service under a tor-browser to gain full anonymity?
I assume Wasabi wallet gives you somewhat decent anonymity but that wallet only supports bitcoin as far as I know.
