Low Hashrate on NBminer>Ravencoin

Ive googled this for like two hours but no straight answer.
Ive got a rig with 2x RX580 8GB and theyre only going at 9 MH/S on NBminer>Ravencoin. Goes up like 0,5 MH/S with alittle tuning on Afterburner. Most threads that ive read people are getting 11-13 ish MH/S
Also have an RTX 3070 that goes for 28 MH/S on RVN which is acceptable but still should be a bit higher
On Lolminer with Ethereum mining its 2xRX580 at 30.1 MH/S and 3070 at 61.5 MH/S
I know that RVN use different algo but ive read that normally its half of the Ethereum MH. But 9 isnt even 1/3 of my Ethereum hashrate

Also, NBminer doesnt read the info from my RX580 such as temp and watt usage. Its reading only from my 3070?
