Staking for 2.0

Just wanna hear some personal options or strategies. If you are a long term hodler, why would you not stake for Ethereum 2.0? Cause maybe the price goes down parabolic and you want to take profits or because you would like the liquidity of taking out your ether whenever ? Any thoughts or opinions appreciated!
