Creating my first NFT

So I was following Trons instructions on how to create an NFT, I want to make a collection. I made my root asset on mango farms but I can’t figure out how to make the NFTs. Whenever I try it says I have an insufficient balance but I have 200 RVN and in his instructions it says each NFT only cost 5 RVN. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
