Rx 580 Flashing Fail Need HELP

I tried flashing 2 of my Rx 580's both are the same memory by Samsung, all 4 cards I have are, they were originally running slow at 26mh/s OC on the Hive OS which I started searching up ways of being able to increase the MH as people are getting 28-31mh/s.

I've tried using the backup I have of the original Vbios but now I keep getting the errors of "GPU driver error, no temps" and "phoenix miner reboot" which I didn't have any of those before, I also took off the OC on the 2 that I tried flashing, plugged in new risers, new power cables to the risers, unplugged and plugged everything back in, I'm new and need help, please. This is all on the Hive OS, I didn't Force Flash either just selected Reboot after Flashing, and I made sure I was getting the right vBios drivers.
