How can I escape the Withdrawal Fee..??

It is highly frustrating to deal with heavy fee levied on ETH and ERC-20 withdrawal by exchanges especially when the gas fee itself is over the roof!!! It has become impossible to do micro transactions.. Is there any trick to avoid this? Suppose I want to move 20-100$ of ETH/ERC-20 token from exchange to Metamask with least possible amount of withdrawal charge and gas fee; How can I do it?
