Crypto Chip Cards?

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever developed something like this, for any coin. I'm talking about a card, exactly like conventional chip cards, except for a crypto network. You have a chip, that chip when combined with a pin generates a key, which is either your private key (brute force risk?), or a key which is used by a service elsewhere (custody risk?) to get your private key and execute the transaction (or they combine the pin and a permission key from an external service to generate your private key… still, machine risk, but it's an idea). If I look online, I find offers for fiat cards that can be funded/bought with crypto, which isn't what I'm talking about. So does anyone know if anything like this has been done, and if yes, point me to it?
