Bitcoin Suisse ETH withdrawal

Before the possibility to withdraw eth they ask to verify the address by sending a certain amount of eth first, but it is a contract address and no instructions on the gas limit.

Since I couldn't get any support on the issue did anybody know what is the gas limit there? so far lost a lunch in burnt eth
