RTX 3070 TI LHR Stuck at 32MH/s for ravencoin

Hello,

At first I was only getting 22mh/s at stock but then I saw everyone getting around 39mh/s.

Almost every youtuber is getting 39mh/s on 3070 Tis, so I copied their overclock settings. Attached is the screenshot of my overclock settings.

I have used both T-rex and G-Miner. Same results.

Does it have to do with downloading a specific driver? Can anyone help?
