Mine and hold or mine and exchange?

I have been mining ETH and BTC for 10 years now. Never exchanged them, never sold them. Last year i started doing nicehash as i got better rates with alt coins. But of course I get paid in BTC still.

Now i am doing alt coins with pools. And i am torn on cashing out on a schedule, or if i should hold for price increase that out paces BTC. Looks like my main altcoin, at least with current price, is RVN.
