Multiple GPUs OC trouble in TeamRedMiner

Before I got a second GPU to start mining Ravencoin, my RX 580 4GB (Sapphire Nitro+) was mining at around 14MH/s. I bought a XFX RX 580 and started trying to OC and either my pc froze or my script didn’t work. I thought I was using the Scripts correctly as they were shown in the help for teamredminer but I must be missing something. Using MSI afterburner doesn’t allow me to get anywhere close to 14MH/s (around 9.5-10). I deleted my receiving address for privacy.

My current script is this:

Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve tried deleting the prog_config and init_style and that doesn’t work either.
