Can you identify someone’s CEX and/or DEX account via Etherscan?

Transactions from any CEX, e.g. Binance, appear as 'Binance' in Etherscan. Not sure how DEX appear though.

But my question is one can identify someone's CEX and/or DEX account via Etherscan?
