Cryptocurrency News and Public Mining Pools

1) A respondent to my last post informed me that my wallet will make the determination as to how much gas is needed. This is news to me, and good to know.

2) The fact that gas limit and gas fees are different shows how complex the system is, and how difficult for newbies it is. If the currency is not easy to use, it will not be used for day-to-day small transactions. Does it have a future?

3) No respondent attempted to defend the high fees. Many also agreed that costs are high. If the transaction costs are high and fluctuate wildly, people will not use the network. Does it have a future?

4) I will ask again: what makes Ethereum the right choice for every day users? What is it good for?
