Bridge transaction on Polygon pending for 6 days. please help!

I wanted to bridge back some eth from Polygon to Ethereum. The transaction has been stuck for 6 days now! The transaction is stuck on "initialized" and not even proceeded to "withdraw initiated". Ive searched and asked around and got even got scammed at one point by "official" from Polygon on telegram.

How do I get my transaction through? Or cancelled? Is there any chance i could lose my funds?
