Will Staking give me better monthly interest than Blockfi?

So right now I’ve been getting about 4.5% interest on my Eth on Blockfi. I’m considering staking it now that it’s available for less than 32 on coinbase.

However I only care if I’ll get a decent amount more than what Blockfi offers. Does anyone know how much you stand to gain monthly from staking Eth?

P.s I already took profits before the recent pullback. I’m fairly confident I won’t want to take anymore for the next 12 months minimum.
