ravencoins vanished?

so i just started using ninjapool to mine after using 2miners for a while..

i had accumulated a decent amount of ravens i was happy with, then as soon as ninjapool solved a block, all my earnings dissapeared in the dashboard, nothing in my wallet, litteraly no trace, just gone..

its as if i never even mined them, the only thing ninjapool shows under my wallet address is my hashrate history, other than that, theres no payout transactions, nothing…

i opened a new wallet address in ravencore hoping to solve the issue, if it happens again idk whether to waste the electric again to try a different wallet or if i should just go back to 2miners with the 1% fee, which i really don't want to do. smh.
