Too hot 3070 ti

I just got a evga 3070 ti. It runs super hot, I’m in hive os. I’ve used the like most favorite overclock setting and it still runs super hot around 65, where my other cards are like 55. The main reason I ask this is because my card just goes out on my rig ever since I put it on there. I can post pics if you don’t know what I mean. I was running 2100 core, 1600 mem, 240 pl and 90% fan.
