Best OC settings for 3060 LHR?

Any advice? A friend of mine is offering to sell me 3 of them for a low price and I was wondering if anyone has some good advice on how much hash I can get with them, as well as optimal settings. I haven't mined on any LHR cards until these (assuming I purchase them) so your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
