ELI5: How do I give ETH as a gift?

Hi guys!

It’s my brother’s birthday soon. He’s really into crypto and talks all the time about how good an investment Ethereum is. So I thought it would nice to give him some as a birthday present. I’m sure that he already has some, but I’m not sure if that would affect me giving him some more.

I know very, very little about crypto. I’ve searched this sub for similar posts, but most of it just went over my head. What are my options?
