EVGA 3080ti xc3 not working anymore

Hello everyone,

I recently got a 3080ti xc3 from EVGA. I added it to my mining rig and then the 3rd fan won’t spin at all. My rig is on hiveos, and no matter what I do the third fan on the GPU won’t work. I put the card in my gaming pc and all fans work perfectly. Anyways, I decided to put it in my mining rig again to see if temps are fine without the 3rd fan. The temperature kept going up and then it hit 80C. Then the monitor which was connected to the 3080ti disconnected and the rig kept on working with the 3080ti being removed off of the list of GPUs on HiveOS just like it’s not there. I took the card and put it in my gaming pc and I’m getting VGA error. I tried it in 3 different pcs and it wasn’t detected in my mining rigs and regular pcs won’t boot with it.

Is the card dead? Is there a way to hardware reset the card? Please let me know if there are any fixes for this.
