Bridge MATIC from ETH MainNet – HELP PLEASE

Hello,

I just pulled my MATIC from coinbase.comto the ETH Main Net on Metmask wallet… trying to bridge to FTM OPERA and convert my MATIC to FTM, having serious issues please help… can't find a bridge to work for this.

All the bridges I know are trying to charge around $100 in ETH gas

If I could just swap the MATIC for DAI or other stable coin in ETH Main NEt I could then get to FTM Opera…
