Question: Assets and distribution to Asset-holder

I understand how to create a Main Asset. But i don't understand how to distribute Ravencoins.

Lets say i create Main Asset with 100 Quantity. I give it to 100 People. Now how can i, lets say, send 1 Ravencoin every month to every holder of this Main Asset without talking to them?

Hope someone can explain it to me (maybe even with pictures).
