ETH 2 Staking

I am currently converting and staking every bit of ETH 1 I earn on Coinbase into ETH 2. I am assuming that is a good move, or should I still keep some ETH 1? I also have some ETH 1 on Voyager and I am debating on moving and converting it to stake on Coinbase. I do not have enough on Voyager to earn any interest so it is just sitting there doing nothing right now.
