Usb key on hiveos

Hi guys. I have a rig running on Hiveos. It's on a usb key. Sometimes. The key is no longer recognized and the rig turns off. Already changed usb port. Can I install hiveos on an ssd? Or any idea of ​​the problem? Thanks.
