Ravencoin transaction time this long?

So I have been mining Ravencoin for about a week now and have had 13 payouts so far. The last three payouts the first of which was more than 16 hours (!) ago is still not showing in my Atomic Wallet.

Has anyone else experienced such long transaction times? If so, could someone explain to me why this is? The Ravencoin organization states on their website that it can take between 6 and 100 minutes for a transaction to be processed but 16 hours is WAY over that.
