Is my Ethereum gone forever?

So I plan(ned) on minting a NFT tomorrow, the price is 0.8 ETH. I had $3k in a coin called Trias on KuCoin, it’s an ERC-20 token. From my research, you can send ERC-20 tokens to your ethereum wallet. So, I sent it over to my metamask wallet so I can use my ETH to mint the NFT.

KuCoin’s end rather quickly had a “Completed.” next to it’s activity.

On metamask nothing came on this end. It shows the 399 Trias the came in, on etherscan where it says ether value “0”

I feel so fucking stupid cause I’m pretty sure it’s gone forever.
