How to connect more GPUS when I have limited PCIE cables left ?

So I have a 700 watt PSU , the PCIE cables that came with are 4 8pins over 2 cables , I have a 3070ti already connected which already uses 2 8pins and a 6pin to power the riser it is on .

So I have only one 8pin PCIE left , I have a 3060ti which I want to connect , it also has a riser to power

I also have 4-sata cables , 3- 4pin molex cables and 1 4pin floppy cable also in my PSU and am not using any of them as I have a NVME SSD

So how to power this , my PSU has enough capacity to power atleast one more 3060ti
