Always crashing with OC

Hi, I have a inno3d 3060ti and mine with hiveos. Whenever I change any of the the oc settings, I get a CPU load of above 15 and the system is crashing.

I had a EVGA 3060ti in use with the same rig / drivers, there i had no problem with OC.

What is causing these problems? Is the card in bad quality? Do I need to change some other settings?
