What layer 2 solution that is either out there or coming soon is the best?
What layer 2 solution that is either out there or coming soon is the best? And why do you think that is the case? I know there are many different types like ZK vs. Optimistic and within those different solutions like Loopring or Optimism or Matic. Do these matter or can there "one to rule them all"
