3080 Ti powerlimit stuck at 300w

Just bought 3 x 3080ti for raven One of the 3080ti has some power limit issues It starts with 330w 55mhs and drops to 300w 50mhs Hiveos Oc powerlimit doesn't work For some reason its kicking back to 300w Will Vbios flashing will fix this issue? Anyone had similar issue? 3080ti which have problem is Zotac 3080ti amp holoblack
