3080 TI Low hashrate?

Hi guys, I recently bought a 3080 TI for mining alter coins and RVN is my first choice. I've seen people getting about 55MH with, and some lucky guys at more than 60MH. With my GPU at stock settings I'm getting 46-48MH… and no matter what I do with MSI Afterburner, even the slightest change on core clock/memory clock will decrease the hashrate. My card is a Gainward 3080TI Phoenix, running on windows (this is my main gaming pc, I have other rig with more cards mining ETH and I don't have this issue) Something that I found strange is that is that the TDP wont go over 300w when mining and I really think my issue is related to this. I know my GPU can go higher than 300w because I have made a 3D stress test with MSI Kombustor and it reaches 350w without issues. I know that every GPU is different and having a good silicon is a lottery… but from 55MH to 47~MH it's a HUGE difference for being just "bad luck". Why I cannot reach 350w with my GPU?
