What settings for overclocks?

I have 1 2080 ti FE , 1 2080 ti, 1 1070ti and a 3060

The 2080ti FE is set to +180 core +1800 mem. PWL set to 230 39.31 mh/s

MSI 2080 ti +150c +1400m PWL 230 37.81 mh/s

1070 ti +110c +1100m 15.78 mh/s

3069 LHR +100 core + 1100m 22.55 mh/s

Not sure if those are in line with others. Thoughts?
