Palit Gaming Pro RTX 3070 Ti Low Hashrate Issue( Low core clock )

Hey guys,

I just picked up Palit Gaming Pro RTX3070Ti graphics card for my personal computer, after i sell my non lhr 3060ti. Now i want to mine ravencoin on it, since its the most profitable . But there is something wrong, when i increase the memory clock, core clock drops . Also when i decrease power limit core clock drops dramatically . Its all the time fluctuating, for example when i oc +750 mem, it drops to 1300-1400, sometimes spikes to 1700s for a second and later go down. When i oc +200 core or something it doesnt even make a difference.When im mining ergo or testing furmark i dont have these issues, core can go up to 2200 mhz while mem is high . What do you think is the problem ? Could someone help please ?

Mobo : Msi b460m mag , PSU : zalman 750W 80+ , tried with hiveos on same pc and with 466.xx drivers.

Also i realised from some youtuber's videos, when they are trying oc settings , they have the similar issuse . But they didnt pay attention.

btw i know i need to wait some time after oc settings to see real mh, but the main thing i want to show is change of core clock. If i wait 5 mins after every oc settings it gives 1mh more max. I can never get around 40 mh.

And eth miner with last oc settings as refferance, look at the clock speed difference
