Only 45 MH/S on 3080 TI

It seems when i try to overclock my GPU it generates less hashpower, and when i underclock the memory with about -500 i get an extra MH/s putting it up to 46 MH/S. I've seen alot of posts about getting 59 of 60 MS/S on ravencoin with a 3080ti but i can't seem to get anywhere close to that.

The 3080TI is in my PC so it's not part of a mining rig (ye power consumption is higher but the main goal was the pc, the mining is like nice to have on the side). I can't overclock unlimited or the PC will crash.

Does anyone have experience with this? Should i expect lower hashrates from a PC then from the same card on a rig, and if i can actually boost my hashrate, what should i try to improve it?

Core clock: +100

Memory clock +250 (crashes sometimes at 500, crashes always at 600)

Temp: 65-66 celcius, got water cooling.

Power limit: 100%
