NFT Minting Contracts

Are there any tutorials out there that people know about for creating NFT minting contracts? I haven't found anything good for creating contracts that will assign random attributes to the NFTs when minting has been called. I have seen some that are doing them off chain and then uploading to Open Sea but I'm curious about the programmatic approach.
