Flypool vs ravenminer

Hi guys, I’m currently mining on flypool which use the PPLNS method and use a fee of 1% and I’m looking to change my pool to ravenminer, because they support PPS but the fee is 2%, is it worth it ? I have hear that PPS is better than PPLNS but idk if that’s true. Any recommendation ?
