Can Ethereum be staked?…

Currently, I stake a wide variety of crypto currencies. But my Bitcoin and Ethereum just sits in my BlockFi account at a measly 3% APY.

There were two initial reasons for this: ETH has absurd gas prices so I just left it in BlockFi.

And secondly, unlike many alt coins, I never really heard much about $ETH staking.

But in the last 6 months I'm getting fed up with BlockFi. Can Ethereum be staked and is it worth it?
