Remote temp monitoring rigs

I am wondering if there is a way to remote monitor my rigs temperatures and get a push message on my phone. I am good with alarm systems and i can indirectly shut them down within seconds from my phone in case of trouble with ajax smartplugs. I can do indirect temp monitoring with jablotron temp sensors and get push messages and turn on and off remote fans but that is surrounding area, not the memory temp of GPU. I would like to get a push message or alarm when lets say the memorytemp of a card reaches 100 degrees if a fan stops working so i can do immediate remote shut down. To see the GPU temp i need to open splash desktop, login and look at them myself, i obviously can’t do that 24/7.

Someone with an idea?
